Ashbya gossypii is a filamentous fungus that belongs to the order Saccharomycetales in the phylum Ascomycota. It is used as a model organism for studying filamentous growth because of the small size of the genome, its haploidy and ease of culturing. A. gossypii is also used commercially for the production of vitamin B2. The Ashbya gossypii genome project was initiated when the conservation of gene order and orientation (synteny) compared to Saccharomyces cerevisiae was noted. |

·凍干首次活化,干粉要全部用完,不能保留,用0.2-0.5m1的培養液或者無(wú)菌水溶解,接種在1-2個(gè)平板上,因凍干菌種處于休眠狀態(tài),請勿接種多個(gè)平板,以免因接種量不足而導致復蘇不成功; |
保存說(shuō)明 |
1、長(cháng)期保存的儲存菌株以冷凍干燥保藏為主,特殊要求的菌種可用其它方法進(jìn)行保存,保存期可長(cháng)達幾年至幾十年。2、半儲存菌株以含20%甘油的肉湯或液體石臘封存的半固體瓊脂為主,在0℃以下保存,保存期為3-6個(gè)月。3、應用菌株以瓊脂斜面為主,在4℃保存,保存期為1-3個(gè)月。4、菌種的傳代不可超過(guò)6次。視菌種的特性及使用情況,一般儲存菌株每5年傳記代一次,每1-2年從儲存菌株轉接至半儲存菌株,半儲存菌株每3-6個(gè)月傳代一次,每1-3個(gè)月從半儲存菌株轉接接至應用菌株。 |
